When and if we call you, will not identify ourselves under Passion Dolls UK.  We will always introduce ourselves from UPSTREAM and will only speak of your delivery.  If you wish to speak about any aspect of your Passion Doll or any accessory or delivery, you will need to contact us directly.  Please note that phone calls may be recorded for security purposes and to ensure we deliver on our promise the quality goods our clients deserve and have paid for.  When delivery of the Passion Doll takes place, only the payee may sign and accept unless specifically detailed in written format (Email is fine) that a third party will take delivery of your item and check for damage and accuracy of the doll.  Under no circumstances may we leave the doll or any accessories with neighbours, friends or even third party members who may be living at the same or an alternative address.  Identification will be required to be seen such as a passport or driving licence to ensure we are delivering the package to the payee or specified third party only.  If a driving licence or passport is not available, we shall discuss with you alternatives of identification to ensure we are speaking with and delivering to you.
